Alpacas are stress resistant so they load and travel calmly. Get this, they can even be transported in the family mini van, station wagon, utility vehicle, or horse trailer. Now, this is is my favorite thing and something everyone should know... Some breeders have been known to transport their alpacas in small planes. Once on its way, the alpaca lies down and enjoys the ride.
